The core cause of destabilization in our world comes from the key components of negative Globalization aka the Market Eocnomy or Lassiez Faire economics. Its not that everyone has to be a political officinado, but everyone does have to be responsible for the actions of their country. The US is responsible for spreading the illness of Globalization around the world.
The setup --- last fall Colin Powell
had a coalition love fest in Madrid Spain to drum up support to
rebuild Iraq. What went on there
was the auctioning off of Iraq. $13 billion was
pledged and $10 billion were loans. This means that the US is selling off the
corporations, resources and markets of Iraq leaving the
big question, who is middling the deals and who is making the
money?
As you know we live in a world that
demands we have money, certain kinds of money to survive. Thus when foreign
money comes into our lives and cares only for the bottom line and nothing for
society then it leads to tyranny of our freedom. Iraq is a classic example of absentee landlordism where foreign money is coming in and controlling the population. In the case of Argentina and Bolivia the people rebelled after their protection against predatory loans was lost to foreign banks.
The banks are the main controlling
agents of a society dependent upon money to survive; and it is the banks that
get burned to the ground during times of rebellion. Here are some headlines,
comments and images of recent history. Perhaps we can use these pieces of modern
history to persuade ourselves to adhere to or adopt another monetary system of
exchange. I am aware of such a system – the Alliance Card, but that is the next
story.

Foreign Banks Allowed Back Into Iraq by Reuters
Iraq's central bank said
on Saturday it had given licenses to the National Bank of Kuwait and
Britain's Standard Chartered
and HSBC, heralding the entry of foreign banks into the country for the first
time in decades.
Standard Chartered
(STAN.L) has been expanding in the Middle
East, opening branches in
Jordan and
Lebanon in recent years and
focusing on retail.
HSBC (HSBA.L)
(0005.HK), the world's second-largest bank by market value, already operates in
12 Middle
East countries.
The National Bank of
Kuwait (NBKK.KW) is one of the largest Gulf banks. Kuwait hopes to act as a
base for companies eyeing a share of Iraq's
reconstruction.
Is this picking away
at the Iraq economic carcass? Are
these vultures or just people with money wanting to do some good in the world?
My read is they are foreign controlling money system people that smell a great
deal. So did the carpetbaggers after the Civil War.

CIA agents guarding a
Baghdad bank. Are they open for business?
Argentina was the scene of an
open rebellion against Globalization. Here the people went after the foreign
banks.
and here.
and recently in
Bolivia the people burned out the foreign banks and freed themselves from the control of the compound interest money managers…. The world is a complex place, but it is all tied together. I am sure the banks are counting their losses and collecting their
insurance. The insurance companies are all tied together by insuring one another. A diaster in Bolivia means higher car insurnace in America. The insurance industry is the backbone of the money system which provides for our survival. Are you paying attention?
What to do?
Don’t let the truth about our world get killed. And keep striving for peace on Earth. It is as simple as not letting the bottom line get in front of knowing
people.
Peace begins in our
daily lives and the people we touch. Then it branches to every thought and every
action we take. Ultimately people know how they are affecting their world and we
take responsibility for: our portfolios, our country, our world. For example, do
you have money invested in a mutual fund or a retirement fund that is invested
in any of these banks? In any corporations that do business in unethical ways?
Do we just give our money to a IRA or 401k account and let it ride without
monitoring what that money is doing to the world?
Are we responsible
enough as Americans to not allow our country to be used as the driving force for
Globalization? Globalization creates poverty which is another form of terrorism.
There are 15 million human beings hungry in Ethiopia today largely as a
result of Globalization. Dare we want to know more about how we are personally
involved in our world?
By supporting
inventions like the solar cooker below we encourage Ethiopians to not use
firewood for cooking their meals. This helps to sustain and eventually grow back
their forests. By being aware of the problems and the possibilities for
solutions, together we can eradicate hunger on this planet and in the streets of
our city here at home.
Unfettered capitalism creates an unbalanced wealth that leads to the images we see above. Lets demand that our government stop striving to expand the WTO, NAFTA, FTAA and the introduction of Liberalized capital into our lives. Also demand that the US stop taking over coutnries and selling them off to the highest bidders as in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kosovo. We the people will no longer tolerate these treaties as we push for regulated business that protects the people form unfair labor practices and pollution. Demand fair not free trade. To learn more on this topic read the book, "Beyond Iraq, Surviving Globalization".
We are all in this together, are we looking out for each other?
Thank you for your time.
