The official truth will probably never be known and will come late and twisted like the Kennedy Warren report. Wellstone may be just another in a long list to perish at the hands of ????? We can only suspect. Conspiracy? Well I ask you, how many prominent figures have to die of timely accidents before we even suspect that something is wrong? Only after we begin to question can we even have a chance to find out who is behind these timely accidents and will we ever have an opporunity for it all to end.
Was it correct to boo one of his adversaries at the funeral - Trent (I don't want to investigate 9/11) Lott? Perhaps, it seemed appropriate for some who were present. Would you have booed had you been there? Is it time to cull the evil-doers out and shout them down? This is like yelling The Emperor wears no clothes as we shout down the whole Bush administration for faulting on their power. When Wellstone was alive he was attacked by the right wing as being an extremist liberal without much influence in the senate and therefore not to be taken seriously. Until the born again Republicans wanted his seat and his vote.
As far as an assasination? One only need to look back in history to see the trail of timely assasinations:
They can kill pretty much whomever they want whenerver they want. They why can't they kill Saddam? Is he in on the deal? Saddam and his supporters are strengthened by the sanctions, by the no-fly zone, by this war in more ways than I care to list.
Ted Kennedy missed being on that plane by the odd chance that the Wellstones were going to a friend's funeral in a nearby town so Ted who was campaigning with Wellstone decided not to go. It is easy to have a war when you are playing both sides of the game. Here is a quote by Zbigniew Brzezinski who resides within the neo-conservative think tank Council on Foreign Relations and the former National Security Advisor under Carter in his 1997 book - "THE GRAND CHESSBOARD - American Primacy And It's Geostrategic Imperatives," wherein he lays forth the design for world domination by the United States, and if the plan fails it will mean a world in chaos. The right wing think tanks definitely believe they are saving the world. Brzezinski states -
World domination by the United States will lead to nation states being incorporated into a new world order, controlled solely by economic interests as dictated by banks, corporations and ruling elites concerned with the maintenance (by manipulation and war) of their power.
Moreover, as America becomes an increasingly multicultural society, it may find it more difficult to fashion a consensus on foreign policy issues, except in the circumstance of a truly massive and widely perceived direct external threat.
To put it in a terminology that harkens back to the more brutal age of ancient empires, the three grand imperatives of imperial geostrategy are to prevent collusion and maintain security dependence among the vassals, to keep tributaries pliant and protected, and to keep the barbarians from coming together. (p.40)
This is Fascism --- this is the dismantling of our world and the restructuring of a new world. But in this dismantling is an opportunity to create a new world not of the design of the Council on Foreign Relations or the Trilateral Commission, but by the design of the people. I salute people that have a vision for sustainable communities and support all that are working courageously to create a golden new age in the evolution of humanity. An age without war, hunger, poverty, or environmental decadence. An Age ripe with opportunities to perform the most noble human characterisitcs: peace, love, truth, grace, charity, joy, and beauty. I am proud to a part of the movement that supports human evolution and defends and promotes life on our fragile planet.
Who are we to say that we are not the most advanced life in the universe, who are we to entertain thoughts of destroying it, who are we as human beings to let life be placed on the endangered species list? Who are we to not defend life when it is attacked?
