	The New Orleans blog Through all the despair I see a great deal of generosity and caring. Could it be that peace and love are breaking out all over? The good news is America and the world have a heart. Too bad it is being taking advantage of. It has been the consensus of the prophecies for millenniums that these times would be tumultuous for all life on Earth. How much of the life on earth survives is the question. With tens of thousands of species already extinct and counting, many wonder if humans can survive. I am heartened when I see people react to chaos and plight with grace, dignity and generosity. These are good signs that an age of enlightened humanity is blossoming onto the scene. Yes the situation is bad in New Orleans * The worse the disaster is * The more people will depend upon the feds for help * The more the people depend on the feds for help * The more vulnerable they are to manipulation by the feds * People are being manipulated by the feds into believing that the disaster was so bad no one could have saved these people * It was a disaster beyond human imagination * Now we need a new FEMA - one with new powers to go over the heads of state and local governments * The people will agree and our country will be a major step closer to accepting the New World Order * The New World Order is a military police, steered by a federal agency, over seen by the president * An order with a creed "Order from chaos" * An agency that can quarantine, relocate, condemn, feed and starve * What is happening in New Orleans, is this any different than what the US Gov't did to the American Natives, the slaves, the Philippinos, the Japanese, the Iraqis - there is historical legacy to treating people in such a way The pattern quits when the people no longer fall for the manipulation of the news * The REAL story is the levees were not breached by nature but by man This has historical precedence - in the 1927 Mississippi River Flood the New Orleans levees were breached to flood poor neighborhoods to save wealthy parishes * Dozens of witnesses claim explosions going off before the water came * More witnesses claim a barge was set loose into one of the canals that breached the levee * The REAL story is FEMA was not allowing food or water into New Orleans from day one - and they still are not supplying the city with anything but armed goons * The people were not allowed to leave the city and had to sit where they were and die * Bush was pressuring Gov Blanco to install federal martial law * Blanco refused Bush * These stories need more research and attention * It is not incompetence that kills * It is deliberate * It is on purpose * It is according to plan * It is Order from Chaos in action * We have had the chaos * Will Congress grant the Bushites and the global elites * New World Order ??? President Bush said, "To the extent the federal government didn't fully do its job right, I take responsibility. Katrina exposed serious problems in our response capability at all levels of government". "Are we capable of dealing with a severe attack? That's a very important question and it's in the national interest that we find out what went on so we can better respond," Bush replied. In one brief press conference Bush deflated the incompetence attack of hid detractors and promised what will be an overhaul of FEMA and its relationship to disaster relief. This is nothing less than a purge of the system and a makeover of the agencies that have power to mass locate populations, condemn homes, quarantine and confiscate property and people, and declare martial law. FEMA Executive orders are enacted when a declaration of a national state of emergency occurs. On Sept. 12, 2001 Bush declared that our nation is in a state of emergency and we have been ever since. The new makeover will allow FEMA to declare federal Martial Law and go around state and local authorities which has our forefathers rising out of their graves wanting to prevent. Too bad that most Americans think a revision of FEMA and our disaster relief system is the best way to be safe. Light a fire then sell people fire insurance. Attack the city then sell protection insurance from terrorism. This is how the Mafia operates, and it's called extortion and it seems to be getting legal. New Orleans Blog 9-11-05 \| When the talk is about how successful FEMA was in handling all the hurricanes in Florida last year I have to think, by whose standards? Where there once were poor middle class people living on or near the beach there are now new condos and town houses selling for 20 times the pre hurricane price. So yes it was a successful campaign for FEMA - the agency that negotiates the land swaps. Whose looking out for the underclasses? All the poor in New Orleans know that the developers have been wanting to get their hands on their city and all poor to middle class Americans feel this pressure as well. Who will stand up for the underclasses? Leaders like Zapetero, Spain's new presidente. Zapetero not only brought Spain's troops home from Iraq he stopped a $15 billion project to build dams to collect water for miles of resorts in Spain. He stopped crazed developers in their tracks. Where is America's Zapetero? If the developers have their way New Orleans will look like Disney Orleans and the heart and soul of our country will be a synthetic, empty shell; and Louie Armstrong will be tossing in his grave when Barry Manilow sings Hello Dolly at the Grand Opening. This is especially true if they were told that there were an outside threat from beyond whether real or promulgated that threatened our very existence.
