The Venus Eclipse

The cosmology of our times constantly amazes me.

The Venus Transit has always preceded great breakthroughs in human consciousness and plays a very significant role in ancient beliefs such as: the Mayan Calendar and the Vedic tradition. In the Vedic tradition the Venus Transit is a turning point, but this one truning point is special. According to the Indian avatar of enlightenment, Sri Kalki Bhagavan, the Venus Transit of 2004 will be the actual starting point of the Golden Age, a process that will come to a conclusion at the next Venus Transit in 2012.

The Venus Transit is not an ordinary astronomical event. It is one that has not occurred since 1882 and that no person living has previously experienced. The planet Venus passed across the disc of the sun for a period of about seven hours yesterday and serves as a symbol of the great possibilities for humankind that are now emerging.

There will be peace on Earth, there will be a Golden Age, what does it look like to you?

To transcend from present day consciousness humanity must learn from its mistakes and its successes. War is a mistake. It is a symptom of times in our civilization when we are overtly phallic and male driven. To balance this swing to the paternal and to get back to normal, humanity is now striving for maternalistic nurturance to save the day. Words like understanding, awareness, and caring describe the common ground we must all attain to survive these times.

With these lessons stabilizing humanity, there will be a Golden Age. There will be a time on Earth like no other in this current civilization. And it will be good.
