Here is a British soldier covered in flames from a fuel bomb thrown during a violent protest in Basra, Iraq. Does anyone really believe the official story that there is peace outside the Sunni Triangle?
Order from Chaos -- the credo of the New World Order
War is unpredictable, which is why it makes for an ideal tool to get away with murder while making a profit for years afterward. The people must never take their granting permission to wage war lightly. Once war is declared the status quo or life as normal rapidly changes. All wars are manufactured and those that benefit the most from war are the ones most complicit in instigating it; the ones that sell it the strongest.

These images are not recommended for having a good day. They are to bring home the realities of what it means to unleash the dogs of war. Missing are the images of US troops who are also dying and suffering. It all means that war is not good for a healthy planet. War is simply not good -- negotiating with humility with our enemies would go a long way to establishing a lasting peace. Several countries are stepping up to mediate peace in Iraq, will the Bush administration go along?
"THE ARMY THAT CAN DEFEAT TERRORISM doesn't wear uniforms, or drive Humvees,
or call in airstrikes. It doesn't have a high command, or high security, or a high budget. The army that can defeat terrorism does battle quietly, clearing minefields and vaccinating children.
It undermines military dictatorships and military lobbyists. It subverts
sweatshops and special interests. Where people feel powerless, it helps them
organize for change, and where people are powerful, it reminds them of their
responsibility."

"With the spread of chemical and biological and nuclear weapons, along with ballistic missile technology, freedom's enemies could attain catastrophic power. And there's no doubt that they would use that power to attack us and to attack the values we uphold."
-- Bush on August 19, 2002 selling the attack on Iraq. Bush is promoting fear while selling war. I hold hope that humanity has outgrown the concept of war being the answer to our fears. Afghanistan is just the beginning on the war against terror . . . Across the world, and across the years, we will fight these evil ones, and we will win.
-- George W. Bush, Fort Campbell, Ky., Nov. 21, 2001.
"Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities"
-- Voltaire (1694 - 1778)
George W. Bush has claimed a rare national state of emergency
to fight an endless war against an invisible enemy. In the cause of providing safety for the Homeland the Bush administration has called for pre-emptive strikes on over 60 countries including CHINA. This along with the erosion of our civil rights depicts the nightmares of Orwell's predictions in the book "1984". Big brother is here to protect us from ourselves? The lemmings are marching off to war without question, and they are marching to the fanfare of a fervant nationalism, this is not becoming of the world's superpower.
The people have an obligation to
discover and tell the truth. To speak out and to defend our freedom and
liberty or be complicit in the nightmare.
The truth is the War on Terror is a FANTASY!
The Iraq War is a hoax

These wars are a conspired set of hobgoblins designed to excuse the developing totalitarian state. The hobgoblins are channeled through the propaganda war in the United States; and only a minority of Americans are aware of this war at all. Those on the right excuse all media truth telling as biased liberal media. Those on the left call it the corporate media. The point is Americans are being played like a violin at Nero's burning of the city. How does it feel to be fooled on such a serious matter as war?
"The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed by menacing
it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary."
-- HL Mencken

- John Philpot Curran, 1790

War is Peace - Work is freedom - Ignorance is Strength
-- Orwell, "1984"
"In a time of universal deceit, TELLING THE TRUTH is a revolutionary act."
-- George Orwell
We are living in a time of universal deceit.
I urge all citizens of the world to recognize that they are responsible for the actions of their countrys' leaders. If those actions are deceitful then change the leaders to ones with integrity.
The censored lies from the administration through the corporate owned media are thinly veiled. They are there to be seen through and are laughable. Pretzels? Shoe Bomber? Searching the bras of our grandmothers for bombs? When you consider who are the few men that control the stories one can understand that the news can be set up. One example is "Praise The Lord" Pat Robertson owning the UPI newswire in 1993-7. This was a major source of news and dovetailed with the agenda of his personal news show called, "The News According To GOD." Rupert Murdoch - The Moonies and other nefarious characters involved in owning our media should create a doubt in our minds that the truth is not being served or worse twisted.
These are beyond a doubt historical times. History is being written before our eyes, a history that will have lasting effects on our civilization for centuries to come. Who will meet the challenge to steer the world through these perilous times? Who will care enough to guarantee the freedom we had before Bush took office will be returned?
The wealthy elite are driving toward a concentration of wealth and power at the expense of the helpless. The people are responding with protest and rebellion. The working people are facing huge challenges to their freedom and liberty and across the globe they are claiming their power through solidarity and fighting their battles by engaging in truth telling or Satygraha.
Each individaul must become the Ghandi of their communities, inspiring, motivating and organizing the people around them. I have complete faith in the people to do the right thing by rising up in defense of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Will Bush dare go to war with Iraq?
Feb. 22,2002 | With the rest of the world not going for it?
Read the current commentary from the world's top foreign ministers.
Is Iraq Bush's Poland or his Waterloo? Is Iraq the trigger on the gun that will launch a world war? But does he have enough support in the world to pull it off? He would hate to go to war with just Israel as an ally ---- I am sure the current right wingers remember that Hitler was just a couple allies short of a full deck.
So it is amusing to see the Bush gang fly around the world rallying support for WWIII. No thanks, not interested is the response so far.
Post date 4-04 -- He did go to war with Iraq and it may still prove to be his Waterloo. Bush should take some lessons from Hitler in conquering countries. Hitler never destroyed the infra-structure. He did not bomb the power and water plants. Doing this makes life insufferable and the pople less willing to cooperate. Bush has bombed bridges, power plants and more.
May 22, 2001 | US Aid to Afghanistan
Powell Announces Afghan Aid Program
Congresswoman SCHAKOWSKY sends congressional petition calling for an end of US aid to the Taliban.
The last sentence in the letter reads, "We appreciate your consideration of our request, and look forward to your response"; The day after this letter was sent to the Bush administration it was announced the US gifted $43 million more dollars to the Taliban Leadership of Afghanistan. This raised the total to $122 million since Bush took office a few months earlier and set a record for the amount contributed by the US to the Taliban.
One can only wonder why we were putting so much money into a country we loved to hate. Why were the Bushies arming the Taliban and giving them stockpiles of food and weapons when we knew the Taliban were:
1- acting like Nazis in their tormenting of the Buddhists. While destroying centuries old shrines the Talliban forced the Buddhists to wear tags telling the society they were of a hated religion.
2- The Bushies knew that Bin Laden had terrorist training bases there.
3 - they knew that central Asia was the prized location for conquering the continent and that Afghanistan was rich in opium poppies, precious gemstones, and oil pipelines.
One can only wonder ---- can one really know why we really bombed Afghanistan into the stone age?
Now is the critical time when we the people will shape the future of the world by our actions or inactions.
COURAGE always wins over fear and
